Accommodation Only listing:

An excel file with a list of all your properties, the file needs to contain the following columns:
a) Country
b) Resort/City
c) Property Name
d) Property Type (e.g. apartment, hotel,aparthotel)
e) Property Address
f) Property Postcode
g) Telephone number
h) Any other details about the property

In order to maximize the results on resort matches, please note the importance of the following: the “resort name” must be in its own field. Foreign versions of resort names will not produce satisfactory matching results, so English spelling of worldwide resort names is the best for matching purposes. Resort names are absolutely essential for matching process, data files including area names or island names only e.g. Costa del Sol, Crete and no resort names within the area or island will not produce matches.

Additional Important Information regarding Greek Islands:
To achieve matches at RESORT level, RESORTS on Greek Islands must be provided ‘Kos’ ‘Kefalonia’ ‘Crete’ will not bring matches on resorts and hotels bit ‘Kos Town’ ‘Lassi’ and ‘Hani Kokkini’ will. the resort names must be in a separate column and not in the ‘Hotel name column’

Badge size of 120 × 120
File format – Gif (static or animated)
Final File size – Preferably less than 50k. The banner can have several frames, message can be rolling, include your website address and any relevant telephone numbers.

Banner Specification

Leaderboard Banner- 728×90 pixels, file size: less than 50K, format: jpg, gif (static or animated) or flash
MPU Banner – 300×250 pixels, file size: less than 50K, format: jpg, gif (static or animated) or flash
Horizontal Banner – 468×60, file size : less than 50k, format: gif (static or animated) or flash.
Skyscraper Banner – 120×600, file size : less than 50k, format: gif (static or animated) or flash.
All banners can have several frames , the message can be rolling and include your web address and relevant telephone numbers.

Please note if you are providing a flash file the URL needs to be embedded within the file.

Email Advertorial Specification:

Clients should provide an HTML file, using the guidelines below:
Copy should consist of both images and text. We will not accept copy consisting of just one large graphic, or copy made entirely of images, due to image blockers/spam filters.
1) Max width 650 pixels.
2) It is advisable that the height of the copy should not exceed 1000 pixels.
3) HTML code in a <table> tag structure
4) Please avoid <div>, <span> tags
5) Please avoid CSS styles as this will not display correctly in Outlook 2007, Inline CSS are acceptable only within <td> tags.
6) All images need to be in a GIF or JPEG format, (max file size 40 kb)
7) Note that animated gifs do not display correctly on Outlook 2007.
8) Flash and Rich Media files cannot be used in emails.
9) Do not include your own unsubscribe links.

For clients who are unable to provide an HTML file, we can create a simple layout. Specs are:

1) Max 200 words of text, plus headline and link (s) in a word doc
2) Header image/banner, max 600 pixels wide, in a gif or jpeg format (max file size 40kb)
3) One additional body image, max wide 200 pixels, in a gif or jpeg format (max file size 40kb)
4) If needed, Footer image / banner, max 600 pixels, in a gif or jpeg format (max file size 40kb)

E-Brochure Specification

1x Hard copy
1x PDF file of the brochure low res at either 72 dpi or 150 dpi in one complete file format of single pages inclusive of front cover through to back.

Promotional Box / Competition Specification

1x Image a maximum of 140 pixels wide and 180 pixels high, JPEG, Gif or PNG file Max 36kb.
Text: Maximum of 60 words
Applicable web link (for a competition please ensure the URL is directed to the specific page so the agent can find the answer quickly, this encourages more entrants and avoids frustration)
