File Format
Web responsive HTML 5 (no Flash please!) – must work across all tablet platforms in both portrait and landscape. One bundle must be provided for all platforms.

Maximum File Size – 5 mb

Size
To primarily target iPad :
PORTRAIT = 1536px x 2048px
LANDSCAPE = 2048px x 1536px

Android – The index.html needs to query for the device screen size and dynamically re-size the content to fit. It will need to scale the content for all devices.

One bundle must be provided for all platforms.

Functionality Testing
Please test all HTML5 adverts work across all tablet operating systems in both portrait and landscape.
Basic test – The advert must scale on a desktop in Chrome browser
Advanced tests – The advert must scale in:
iPad on Safari browser
Kindle on Chrome browser
Android on Chrome browser

URL Click-Throughs
URLs may be added to print adverts that also appear in Mail Plus The length of URLs should be kept to a minimum, using “bit.ly” or “Tiny” URLs where appropriate. URLs should be provided at the same time as the artwork to mpadproduction@mailnewspapers.co.uk
